Cílem mé bakalářské práce na téma mateřská a rodičovská dovolená bylo přiblížit právní úpravu této oblasti jak z pohledu pracovního práva, tak z pohledu sociálního zabezpečení, kde jsou následně popsány i některé související dávky.
