The bachelor work is dedicated to claims, their origin and means of their recovery by Slovak law system. We tried to explain a way of their origin by Commercial code and Civil code. Moja bakalárska práca je venovaná pohľadávkam, ich vzniku a spôsobu ich vymáhania v rámci slovenského právneho poriadku. Snažili sme sa stručne vysvetliť spôsob, akým pohľadávky vznikajú z pohľadu Obchodného a Občianskeho zákonníka. Ďalšia časť práce je zameraná na skrátené formy konania pri vymáhaní pohľadávok, ktorými sú platobný rozkaz, pričom sme stručne zhrnuli jeho históriu, ďalej sme popísali …more
