Creative accounting

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem kreativního účetnictví. V teoretické části práce je vymezen pojem kreativního účetnictví, techniky kreativního účetnictví a také jsou popsány vybrané modely vytvořené k detekci možného využívání metod kreativního účetnictví. V praktické části práce jsou modely aplikovány na data vybraných účetních jednotek. V poslední části práce jsou výsledné hodnoty modelů vyhodnoceny a srovnány dle odvětví, do nichž analyzované účetní jednotky spadají, dle období a pomocí korelační analýzy je zkoumán i vztah výsledků jednotlivých detekčních modelů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the topic of creative accounting. In the theoretical part, the concept of creative accounting, creative accounting techniques are defined and selected models created to detect the possible use of creative accounting methods are also described. In the practical part, the models are applied to the financial statements of selected accounting units. In the last part, the results of the models are evaluated and compared according to the sectors to which the analyzed accounting units belong, according to the period, and the relationship between the results of the individual detection models is also examined using correlation analysis.
