Diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou diskriminace na trhu práce v České republice a ve Spojeném království. Rozbor právní úpravy je učiněn nejprve v právu mezinárodním a především unijním, které ve velké míře ovlivňuje právo vnitrostátní. The diploma thesis explores non-discrimination legislation in the labour market in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. The analysis of the legislation is first made in the international law and especially in the EU law, which influences greatly the national legislations.
