The issue of stress factors in childrens home and educational institutions from the perspective of a pedagogical worker

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vybraných podmínek vyvolávajících nadměrnou zátěž na osobnost vychovatele, působícího v oblasti školských zařízení náhradní výchovné péče. V teoretické části budou zpracována témata vztahující se ke zvolené problematice, zejména se bude jednat o otázky výchovného procesu ve školských zařízeních náhradní výchovné péče, přijímání a osvojování sociálních norem v rámci socializace jedince, odchylky v socializaci jedince, platné legislativy, pedagogických cílů, pedagogické interakce, odolnosti pedagoga a problematiky nadměrné zátěže a stresu. Praktickou část budou tvořit výsledky vlastního šetření, jehož cílem je analyzovat stav pedagogických pracovníků ve vybraných zařízeních, jejich spokojenost v zaměstnání, jejich zkušenosti, znalosti a přehled v legislativě. Zjištěné údaje budou vzájemně porovnány podle typu vybraného zařízení NVP. V závěru budou zkonstatovány aktuální problémy a rizikové faktory, jak je vnímají vychovatelé ve vybraných typech zařízení, budou předloženy návrhy k řešení problémových míst, či nedostatků, které by měly eliminovat zátěž kladenou na vychovatele a vést k pozitivní motivaci pedagogických pracovníků k jejich stabilizaci a tím předcházet odlivu vychovatelů z pedagogické profese. Součástí práce budou konkrétní závěry s doporučeními, která budou využitelná v praxi sociální pedagogiky a dalších disciplín tzv. pomáhajících profesí.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of selected terms evoking excessive burden for character of educator, which militates in school facilities of substitute educational care . In theoretical part will be processed themes about chosen problems, especially it deals about questions of educative process in school facilities of substitute educational care, intaking and assuming social norms within the framework of socialization of individual, abnormalities of individual, valid legislation, pedagogical aim, pedagogical interactions, immunitues of pedagogue and of problems about excessive burden and stress. Practical part are going to create results of own investigation which aim is to analyse condition of pedagogical worker in chosen facilities, their satisfaction at work, their experiences, knowledges and overview about legislation. Discovered DATA are going to be muttualy compared according to type of chosen facility NVP. In the last part are going to be constated actual problems and high-risk factors, how pedagogues are perceiving them in chosen types of facilities, are going to be submitted suggestions for solution of problematic places and imperfections which should eliminate burden which is put on pedagogue and lead peagogue for positive motivation and stabilisation to prevent pedagogues to leave their proffesion. Part of the bachelor thesis are going to be concrete conclusions with references which will be applicable in practice of social pedagogy and other disciplines (assisting proffessions)
