Abstract:

Before implementation of this thesis, the Masaryk University Information System included the Practicum agenda, which provided users advertising of internship offers and registration records. The subject of this thesis is to extend the Practicum agenda with functionality enabling the registration of the course of student internships. The development of new functionality involved analysis of administration issues of student internships at various faculties of Masaryk University. Student internships are included in study programs via compulsory subjects, that are represented by areas in the Practicum agenda. Various area settings change the student internships administration system according to the requirements of administrators at various faculties of Masaryk University. An important part of this thesis is the design and implementation of the interface, through which administrators can create sets of tasks, that students must complete during internship. The main page for administrators has been expanded with functionality enabling bulk operations with student internships and tools for more efficient lookup of desired internships. After the implementation of this thesis, the Practicum agenda contains tools, that enable effective administration and registration of the course of student internships.

Abstract:

Informačný systém Masarykovej univerzity obsahoval pred implementáciou tejto práce agendu Praxe, ktorá používateľom poskytovala inzerciu praxí a evidenciu prihlásení. Cieľom tejto práce je agendu Praxe rozšíriť o funkcionalitu umožňujúcu evidenciu priebehu študentských praxí. Vývoj novej funkcionality zahŕňal analýzu problematiky administrácie študentských praxí na rôznych fakultách Masarykovej univerzity. Študentské praxe sú v študijných programoch zahrnuté prostredníctvom povinných predmetov, ktoré sú v agende Praxe reprezentované oblasťami. Rôzne nastavenia oblastí menia systém administrácie študentských praxí podľa požiadaviek administrátorov na rôznych fakultách Masarykovej univerzity. Významnou časťou práce je návrh a implementácia rozhrania na vytváranie sád úloh, ktoré musia študenti počas priebehu praxe plniť. Hlavná stránka pre administrátorov bola rozšírená o funkcionalitu umožňujúcu hromadné operácie s praxami a efektívnejšie vyhľadávanie požadovaných praxí. Agenda Praxe obsahuje po implementácií tejto práce nástroje, ktoré umožňujú efektívnu správu a evidenciu priebehov študentských praxí.
