Bakalářská práce se skládá ze sedmi základních kapitol, které můžeme rozdělit do tří částí. The thesis consists of seven major chapters and each can be subdivided into three parts. The first part deals with the possible means of protection of intellectual property rights from one of the supervisory authorities’ point of view – administration of the customs.
