ChIP-čipy se staly v posledních letech velmi populární technikou molekulární biologie. Jedná se o metodu, která spojuje chromatinovou imunoprecipitaci s následnou analýzou DNA mikročipů. Spojení těchto dvou metod slouží k izolování a identifikaci míst na genomu, která jsou obsazená specifickými proteiny. ChIP-chips become a very popular technique of molecular biology in recent years. It is a method that combines chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by DNA microarray analysis. The combination of these two methods is used to isolate and identify the locations of the genome that are occupied by specific proteins.
