Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh projektu rodinného domu, jednopodlažní dřevostavby – bungalovu pro čtyř člennou rodinu. Jedná se o návrh, který je situován na konkrétní pozemek. Dům je orientován a dispozičně řešen dle požadavků norem.Práce se skládá ze dvou částí.Textová část je zaměřena na postup výstavby na staveništi. Práce dále obsahuje výpočty součinitele prostupu tepla. Také se zabývá řešením kanalizace daného objektu.Výkresová část obsahuje technické výkresy. Půdorys, řez, skladby jednotlivých konstrukcí, studii, půdorys základů, půdorys vazníků a výkres kanalizačního potrubí.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a family house, a single-storey wooden building – a bungalow for a family of four whichis situated on a specific plot. The house is oriented and layout designed according to the requirements of standards.The thesis consists of two parts.The text part is focused on the construction process on the construction site. The work also contains calculations of the heat transfer coefficient. The sewerage of the building is being addressed too. The drawing part contains technical drawings. Floor plan, cross-section, compositions of individual structures, studies, floor plan of foundations, floor plan of trusses and drawing of sewer pipes.
