Tématem této diplomové práce je Projekt snížení nákladů a zlepšení ekonomické efektiv-nosti pomoci reengineringu layoutu ve společnosti XY. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou, praktickou a projektovou část. The topic of this diploma thesis is Project of Cost Reduction and Economic Efficiency Im-provement through Layout Reengineering in the Company XY. The thesis is divided into the theoretical, practical part and a project.
