Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměří na prezentaci a srovnání různých nabídek pojišťoven v oblasti doplňkového penzijního spoření. V teoretické části práce bude rozebrán vývoj sociálního zabezpečení jak ve světě, tak v České republice. Dále budou popsány tři pilíře českého důchodového systému a poskytnut podrobný popis produktu Doplňkové penzijní spoření. Praktická část práce se zaměří na představení vybraných penzijních společností působících na českém trhu a jejich nabídku penzijních fondů. U každé penzijní společnosti a jejích fondu bude provedeno srovnání výnosnosti v průběhu let, a následně budou tyto fondy porovnány mezi sebou ve čtyřech kritériích.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis will focus on the presentation and comparison of different insurance companies' offers in the field of supplementary pension savings. In the theoretical part of the thesis the development of social security in the world and in the Czech Republic will be studied. Furthermore, the three pillars of the Czech pension system will be described, and a detailed description of the Supplementary Pension Savings product will be provided. The practical part of the thesis will focus on the introduction of selected pension companies operating on the Czech market and their offer of pension funds. For each pension company and its fund, a comparison of returns over the years will be made, and then these funds will be compared with each other in four criteria.
