Abstract:
Téma mé bakalářské práce zní -- Nákupní centra v ČR. Cílem práce je identifikace jednotlivých důvodů lokalizace center po České republice a zjištění stupně jejich koncentrace. Dále je zkoumáno, jak jsou centra obecně rozmístěna a zdali je jejich počet a současně i velikost prodejních ploch adekvátní k daným oblastem. The topic of my bachelor thesis is -- Shopping centers in Czech Republic. The objective is to identify particular reasons of localization of centers in the Czech Republic and its concentration. Furthermore the work is to find out how centers are deployed, and whether the amount and size of a floorspace is responding to certain districts.
