Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit nejen jaké faktory určují spokojenost práce učitelů středních škol, ale také jestli jejich spokojenost souvisí s pohlavím, druhem školy na které vyučují a délkou praxe.
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine not only what factors play role in work satisfaction of the secondary school teachers, but also whether their satisfaction is related to their gender, type of school they teach at and their years of experience.
