Development of exploitation of factoring financing on the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou faktoringového financování a jeho vývojem během dvaceti let svobodného tržního hospodářství v České republice. Diplomová práce navazuje na moji bakalářskou práci věnující se faktorigovému financování malých a středních podniků. Cílem mé diplomové práce je vysvětlit a popsat nejdůležitější aspekty expanze faktoringového financování jak z pohledu mikroekonomického, tak v rámci komparace se sousedními státy střední Evropy, z výše náhledu makroekonomického. V první části se zaměřuji na některé problémy faktoringu, dosud neřešené v bakalářské práci, které podstatnou měrou ovlivňovaly jeho vývoj během let. V další části pak hodnotím úspěchy tohoto alternativního financování na českém trhu během dlouhých dvaceti let novodobé historie. Především se zabývám aktuální světovou hospodářskou krizí a jejím dopadem na hospodaření a nabízené služby českých faktoringových společností. Celou historii českého faktoringu dále vykládám v kontextu s ostatními státy střední Evropy, které společně komparuji z hlediska navzájem působících makroekonomických ukazatelů, jež zásadním způsobem ovlivnily charakter expanze tohoto alternativního financování. Závěrem prognózuji vývoj české ekonomiky v příštích letech a jím provázaný postup ve vývoji na poli alternativních zdrojů pracovního kapitálu

Abstract:

My thesis deals with problems of factoring financing and its development in the course of twenty years of free market economy in The Czech Republic. My thesis follows up with my bachelor work which was dedicated to factoring financing of small and medium sized enterprises. The aim of my work is to explain and describe the most important aspects of its expansion as from the microeconomical point of view so in the frame of comparation with neighbour Central European countries from the macroeconomical point of view. The first part of my work is focused on some factoring problems which were not solved in my bachelor work and which essentially influenced its developement during the years. In the next part I value the successes of alternative financing on the Czech market during twenty years of its modern history.First of all I deal with the recent world economical crisis and its impact on economy and suggested services of Czech factoring companies. The whole history of Czech factoring I interprete as in context with other Central European countries,which are compared in the point of view of mutually operating macroeconomical coeficients,which essentially influenced the character of expansion of this alternative financing. As the conclusion I predict the possible future development of the Czech economy and the way of development of alternative sources of working capital
