Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast multidisciplinární spolupráce v Centrech duševního zdraví, která jsou novým prvkem v péči o osoby s duševním onemocněním vznikajícím v rámci Reformy péče o duševní zdraví. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit zkušenost jednotlivých pracovníků v Centru duševního zdraví se vzájemnou spoluprací v kontextu Reformy péče o duševní zdraví. Cílem teoretické části je objasnit teoretická, empirická a metodologická východiska práce a popsat konkrétní stav Reformy péče o duševní zdraví v Kraji Vysočina. Z těchto důvodů se v teoretické části práce věnuji Reformě péče o duševní zdraví a Centrům duševního zdraví. Dále je pozornost věnována multidisciplinární spolupráci, která je stěžejní pro pochopení celkového kontextu diplomové práce. Cílem výzkumné části bylo zkoumat, jakým způsobem ovlivňuje zkušenost s prací v Centrech duševního zdraví v Kraji Vysočina pohled jeho pracovníků na vzájemnou spolupráci. Pro porozumění této problematice byla zvolena strategie kvalitativní. Data jsou dále analyzována a následuje diskuze.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the area of multidisciplinary cooperation in the Mental Health Center, which is a new element in the care for people with mental illness, arising from the Mental Health Care Reform. The aim of the diploma thesis is to understand the experiences of individual employees working in a Mental Health Center with mutual cooperation in the context of the Mental Health Care Reform. The aim of the theoretical part is to clarify the theoretical, empirical and methodological basis of the work and to describe the specific state of the Reform of Mental Health Care in the Vysočina Region. For these reasons, in the theoretical part of the work, we focus on Reform Care for Mental Health and Mental Health Centers. Furthermore, attention is paid to multidisciplinary cooperation, which is crucial for understanding the context of the thesis. The aim of the research part was to examine how the experience of working in the Mental Health Centers in the Vysočina Region influenced the views of its employees on mutual cooperation. A qualitative approach was chosen to understand this issue. The data are further analyzed and a discussion follows.
