Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá politikou zamestnanosti a rastom zamestnanosti v SR. Práca je rozčlenená na 3 základné kapitoly a viaceré podkapitoly. Prvá kapitola s názvom význam zamestnanosti pracovnej sily je zameraná na politiku zamestnanosti a na pozitívne a negatívne faktory ovplyvňujúce rast zamestnanosti.
