The experiences of a non-state social service providers with the start of their activities and the role of the general nurse in this process

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá zkušenosti nestátních poskytovatelů sociálních služeb se zahájením jejich činnosti a spojuje je s pohledem na roli všeobecné sestry v tomto procesu. Hlavním úkolem této práce je prozkoumat prožité zkušenosti respondentů a splnit stanovené cíle v oblastech týkajících se všeobecné sestry. Teoretický základ byl vytvořen z kapitol současného systému poskytovatelů sociálních služeb a zdravotní péče, historie vztahující se ke kapitolám, problematiky vzdělávání, osobnosti a nedostatku všeobecných sester. Teoretická východiska uzavírá popis systému NANDA diagnóz a koncepčních modelů v ošetřovatelství. V průzkumné části byl zvolen kvalitativní design s využitím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Souhrny dat jsou řazeny dle jednotlivých cílů a obsahují autentické úryvky z vlastních rozhovorů. Výsledky jsou zpracovány do myšlenkových map nebo přehledných tabulek a podrobeny diskuzi.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis examines the experience of non-state social service providers with the start of their activities and links them with the view of the role of the general nurse in this process. The main task of this work is to examine the experienced experience of respondents and to meet the goals set in the areas related to the general nurse. The theoretical basis was created from chapters of the current system of social service providers and health care, history related to chapters, education issues, personalities and lack of nurses. The theoretical background closes the description of the NANDA system of diagnosis and conceptual models in nursing. In the exploratory part, a qualitative design was chosen using semi-structured interviews. Data summaries are ordered by individual goals and contain authentic snippets of their own interviews. The results are processed into thought maps or outlined tables and discussed.
