Bakalářská práce se zabývá expertními pozicemi v konkrétním podniku a jejich efektivním řízením. Teoretická část práce vychází z řízení pracovního výkonu a ze vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců. Zde je kladen důraz především na motivaci a odměňování, spokojenost, péči o zaměstnance, motivující pracovní místa a talent management.
