Abstract:

V teoretické části bakalářské práce je na základě literární rešerše poskytnut čtenáři teoretický přehled o oblasti motivace, odměňování a zaměstnaneckých benefitech. V praktické části jsou využity teoretické poznatky pro analýzu a následnou změnu zavedeného systému odměňování ve společnosti PROFICOLOR, s. r. o. provádějící realizaci protikorozní ochrany. V práci je navrhnut nový systém odměňování zaměstnanců, který je založen na poznatcích výzkumného šetření od zaměstnanců společnosti.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the thesis is based on literature review provided to readers theoretical overview of the field of motivation, remuneration and employee benefits. In the practical part are used theoretical knowledge for analysis and subsequent change in the established system of remuneration in company PROFICOLOR, s.r.o. performing implementation of corrosion protection. The thesis introduces a new system of remuneration of employees, which is based on the findings of the research from the company's employees.
