Bakalárska práca rieši otázku motivácie zamestnancov vybraného bankového subjektu - Všeobecnej úverovej banky. Teoretický rámec práce tvoria základné teórie motivácie osobnosti, následne definovanie pracovnej motivácie a jej jednotlivých zložiek.
