The aim of the diploma thesis is to focus on the remuneration of employees in the hospital using monetary and non-monetary forms of remuneration. Cieľom diplomovej práce je zameranie sa na odmeňovanie zamestnancov v nemocnici pomocou peňažných a nepeňažných foriem odmeňovania. Teoretická časť práce sa venuje odmeňovaniu pracovníkov, mzdovému systému, formám mzdy ako aj pracovno-právnej úprave odmeňovania, účelu odmeňovania ako aj celkovej odmene.
