Daňové ráje z pohledu mezinárodního ekonomického práva je téma mé bakalářské práce zabývající se přístupem mezinárodních hospodářských organizací k daňovým rájům. Zejména jejich činností vedoucí k omezení jejich existence. Důvody jsou obcházení daní, daňové úniky a agresivní daňové plánování. Tax Havens from the point of view of the international law is a topic of my bachelor thesis dealing with approach of international economic organisations towards the subject of Tax Havens. Particularly their activities aimed at limiting existence of Tax Havens. The reasons for this are tax avoidance, tax evasion and aggressive tax planning.
