Determinants of environmental policy of municipality in the field of waste management
Abstract:
Cílem práce je analyzovat problematiku hospodaření obcí v oblasti nakládání s odpady. Práce zahrne zejména problematiku snah o omezování množství odpadů ukládaných na skládky pomocí finančních nástrojů na celostátní úrovni a možnosti a překážky transformace této politiky na úrovni obcí. Výsledkem bude přehled omezujících faktorů, ať již sociálního, ekonomického nebo legislativního původu.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyse municipalities' waste management from the economy perspective. Especially, the thesis will include endeavour of reducing the amount of waste that is being landfilled using financial instruments nationwide and options and obstacles of transformation of this policy to municipalities' management area.
