Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zavedením metody plynové chromatografie s hmotnostní detekcí pro stanovení vybraných polycyklických aromatických uhlovodíků v receptorové tekutině, procházející přes kůži transdermální absorpcí. Teoretická část této práce se zaměřuje na základní popis polycyklických aromatických uhlovodíku, jako jsou jejich fyzikální vlastnosti, zdroje šíření do okolí a metabolismus, až po jejich toxikologické vlastnosti a účinek na lidský organismus. V praktické části jsou testovány validační parametry metody jako je linearita, přesnost a výtěžnost.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the evaluation and validation of the gas chromatography method with mass detection for the determination of selected polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the receptor fluid, passing through the skin by transdermal absorption. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the basic description of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, such as their physical properties, sources of spread to the environment and metabolism, to their toxicological properties and effect on the human body. In the practical part, validation parameters such as linearity, precision and recovery are tested.
