Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vecnými bremenami - ochrannými pásmami a ich oceňovaním. Prvá kapitola, teoretická časť práce, je venovaná histórii, vývoju, vzniku a zániku vecných bremien - ochranných pásiem a ich oceňo - vanie na Slovensku.
