Práca je zameraná na hromadné nešťastia a ich zvládanie, predovšetkým ide o zvládanie záťaže zo strany tak profesionálnych ako aj dobrovoľných záchranárov. Práca obsahuje teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť je zložená zo štyroch kapitol. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na vysvetlenie pojmov hromadné nešťastie a katastrofa a objasňuje príčiny ich vzniku. Abstract:
The work is focused on mass casualty and management, especially to cope with the burdens of both professional and volunteer rescuers. The work includes theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is composed of four chapters. The first chapter focuses on the explanation of concepts and mass casualty disaster, and explains the causes.
