Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení současného stavu legislativy v oblasti ochrany pracovních podmínek těhotných žen a osob pečujících o děti v České republice a následné porovnání s regulacemi sousedních států. The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the current state of legislation in the field of protection of working conditions of pregnant women and persons caring for children in the Czech Republic and then to compare it with the regulations of neighboring countries.
