Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu francouzské gastronomie a její využití z hlediska regionálních pokrmů ve Francii a České republice. Cílem mojí práce je zmapovat francouzskou gastronomii z regionálního hlediska, provést analýzu produktů, surovin, nápojů a následně analýzu regionálních pokrmů ve všech dvaadvaceti regionech. The presented master‘s dissertation focuses on the analysis of French gastronomy and its application from the perspective of regional dishes in France and the Czech Republic. The first aim of my thesis is to map and analyse regional dishes, ingredients and drinks in all of the twenty-two French regions.
