Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je vliv transformace sociálních služeb na kvalitu života v domově pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem práce je vysvětlit pojmy transformace sociálních služeb, její význam, principy a překážky. Také pojem kvalita života. Chápání pojmu kvalita života v kontextech dosavadního vývoje poukazuje na jeho multidimenzionální rozsah. Ovlivňuje ji řada faktorů, mezi něž patří zdraví, životní styl, zdravotní péče, sociální služby i etické principy uplatňované ve společnosti atp. Obsahem práce je také popis specifik kvality života osob s postižením a vliv ústavní péče na osobnost člověka. Výzkumná část je založena na kvantitativním šetření, použitou metodou jsou polostrukturované rozhovory. Výzkum se zabývá vnímáním kvality života klienty ve cvičných bytech a v chráněném bydlení domova a klienty, kteří žijí v ústavním režimu. Dále hodnocením kvality života klientů objektivně. Cílem je zjisti, které kroky a skutečnosti v rámci procesu transformace lze hodnotit pozitivně, kde jsou slabé stránky, a co je vhodné přehodnotit a změnit.

Abstract:

The theme of the thesis is to influence the transformation of social services on the quality of life in a home for people with disabilities. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The aim of the work is to explain the concepts of transformation of social services, its importance, principles, and obstacles. Also, the concept of quality of life. Understanding of the concept of quality of life in the contexts of development points to its multidimensional range. It affects a number of factors, which include health, lifestyle, health care, social services and ethical principles applicable in the company, etc. The content of the work is also a description of the specifics of the quality of life of persons with disabilities and the impact of institutional care on the human personality. The research part is based on the quantitative method of investigation are semi-structured talks. The research deals with the perception of the quality of life of clients in training and in protected housing home and clients, who live in the constitutional scheme. Further evaluation of the quality of life of clients objectively. The aim is to find out which steps and fact within the process of transformation can be evaluated positively, where are the weaknesses, and what is appropriate to reassess and change.
