Analysis of the opinions of the therapeutic community impact activities

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá zátěžovými aktivitami jako léčebnými metodami, které jsou využívány v terapeutických komunitách pro závislé klienty. Zátěžové aktivity by měly být použity ve všech terapeutických komunitách, které se zabývají léčbou závislosti. Na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů byly analyzovány názory terapeutických pracovníků na zátěžové aktivity v rámci léčby v Terapeutické komunitě Fénix v Bílé Vodě. V teoretické práci jsem se zaměřila na terapeutickou komunitu a zátěžové aktivity, které jsou využívány nejen v České republice, ale také v zahraničí. Podrobněji je taktéž věnována pozornost osobnosti terapeutického pracovníka, jelikož i terapeut může ovlivnit průběh léčby závislého. V praktické části jsem podrobně popsala metodiku práce, výzkumný cíl a specifika výzkumné metody. Metoda konstituce významů MCA byla použita pro výzkumnou část. Výzkumný vzorek představuje 5 terapeutů konkrétní terapeutické komunity.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with Adventure Therapy as a medical method that is used in therapeutic communities for addicted clients. Adventure Therapy ought to be used in all therapeutic communities that focus on medical addiction treatment. Based on semi-structured interviews there were analyzed therapeutic workers' opinions of Adventure Therapy included in the medical treatment in the therapeutic community Fénix in Bílá Voda. The theoretical part focuses on the therapeutic community and Adventure Therapy used in the Czech republic as well as abroad. The thesis also deals with a personality of a therapeutic worker in detail since they can influence the medical treatment of the addicted. In the practical part the thesis describes in detail methods, the target of the survey and specifics of the survey method. The MCA method was applied in the survey. The sample for the survey is represented by 5 therapeutic workers of a particular therapeutic community.
