Load of lower limbs during Nordic walking

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá porovnáním reakčních sil při chůzi za a bez použití holí Nordic walking v terénu a na rovné ploše. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 5 osob (1 muž a 4 ženy) s průměrným věkem 25 ? 4,05 let. Průměrná výška testovaných osob je 176 ? 5,42 cm a průměrná hmotnost 71 ? 9,78 kg. Silová analýza byla provedena pomocí siloměrné plošiny Kistler. Z výsledných hodnot je zřejmé, že chůze s holemi v terénu nesnižuje vertikální zatížení, ba naopak zvyšuje. Při chůzi s holemi po rovině je vertikální zatížení ve svém minimu nižší než při chůzi bez holí a to s rozdílem středního efektu, ovšem brzdná síla ve směru anterioposteriorním je během chůze s holemi vyšší. Věcná významnost v tomto případě spadá také do intervalu středního efektu.

Abstract:

This thesis compares reaction forces between walking with using Nordic walking poles and walking without using poles in the terrain and on a straight surface. The research group is consisted of 5 people (4 women, 1 man) in the average age 25 ? 4.05 years. The average height of the tested participants is 176 ? 5.42 cm, the average weight is 71 ? 9.78 kg. Load analysis was performed by using force platform Kistler.Walking with poles on the terrain does not reduce the vertical load, quite the contrary increase, which is evident from resulting values. During walking with poles on a straight surface is vertical load at its lowest point lower than during walking without poles with the difference of intermediate effect, however, a braking force in an axis anterior-posterior during walking with poles is higher. Effect size in this case is also in interval with intermediate effect.
