Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je věnována analýze finanční situace 4hvězdičkového hotelu Adam ve Špindlerově mlýnu v ČR. Cílem práce je zhodnocení aktuální finanční pozice hotelu a návrh doporučení pro zlepšení jeho fungování po finanční stránce.Tato práce je rozdělena na části teoretickou, analitickou a návrhovou. Teoretická část teto práce je věnována teoretickým východiskům a popisu metod finančí analýzy. V analitické části je představen hotel Adam, na který jsou aplikovány metody finanční analýzy. Návrhová část teto práce obsahuje doporučení pro zlepšení fungování hotelu na základě provedených finančních analýz.

Abstract:

This thesis is devoted to the analysis of the financial situation of the 4-star Hotel Adam in Špindlerův Mlýn in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to evaluate the current financial position of the hotel and to propose recommendations for improving its functioning from a financial point of view. This work is divided into theoretical, analytical and draft parts. The theoretical part of this work is devoted to theoretical starting points and description of methods of financial analysis. In the analytical part, the Adam hotel is presented, to which the methods of financial analysis are applied. The draft part of this thesis contains recommendations for improving the operation of the hotel on the basis of the financial analyses.
