Tato diplomová práce se věnuje institutu ústního jednání v řízení o přestupku. Ústní jednání je jednou z nejdůležitějších fází přestupkového řízení, jehož význam spočívá jednak v prováděném dokazování, kterým se zjišťují skutečnosti významné pro posouzení věci, a jednak zaručuje obviněnému právo na spravedlivý proces. This thesis is dedicated to institute of oral hearing in offence proceedings. One of the most important stages of offence proceedings is the oral hearing when the meaning consists of taking evidence for the assessment of the case and also guarantees the accused the right to a fair trial.
