Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem a optimalizací metody stanovení aminokyselin ve vzorku suché kapky krve kapalinovou chromatografií s hmotnostní detekcí.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with development and optimization of method for the determination of amino acids in dried blood spot sample by liquid chromatography with mass detection.
