Analysis of financial statements and their structure and their predicative ability in the chosen company.

Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analýza účetních výkazů, jejich struktura a vypovídací schopnost ve vybraném podniku. V teoretické části je charakterizována struktura účetních výkazů rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty a popsána jejich vypovídací schopnost. Dále je zde definována horizontální a vertikální analýza účetních výkazů a finanční analýza poměrových ukazatelů a popsána jejich tvorba. V aplikační části je provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza účetních výkazů a finanční analýza poměrových ukazatelů vybrané společnosti za období 2011 až 2015. Výsledky jsou zpracovány do tabulek nebo do grafů a analyzovány. V závěru práce je proveden rozbor, vyhodnocení a shrnutí výsledků a vytyčeny návrhy a opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení výsledku hospodaření společnosti.

Abstract:

The Goal of my thesis is analysis of financial statements, its structure and explanatory power in selected company. In theoretical part is characterized the structure of financial statements of balance and profit & loss sheets and there is described its explanatory power. There is also defined horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and financial analysis and its ratios and there is method of its creation. In application part there is horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and financial analysis of ratios in selected company from years from 2011 to 2015. The results are processed into tables or to graphs and it is analysed. In the conclusion of the thesis is parsing, evaluation and summary of results done and set out the suggestions for action leading to improvement of results of the company.
