Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou faktorů ovlivňující trh práce v Žatci a jeho mikroregionu. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy trhu práce, značná pozornost je věnována ohroženým skupinám osob na trhu práce. Dále jsou podrobně vymezeny nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a její institucionální zajištění. Závěr kapitoly se soustředí na Strategii Evropy 2020 a obecný popis Evropských strukturálních a investičních fondů v rámci potřeb čerpání finančních prostředků na podporu zaměstnanosti. Druhá část práce přináší vlastní analytické rozbory. Nejprve je charakterizováno analyzované území a to na základě obecně pojaté socioekonomické analýzy. Pozornost je zaměřena zejména na strukturu a vývoj obyvatelstva, dopravní infrastrukturu, průmysl, zemědělství a školství. Následuje popis trhu práce zájmového území. Jedná se zejména o vývoj nezaměstnanosti v jednotlivých obcích správního obvodu ORP Žatec a strukturu nezaměstnaných osob. Analytická část se zabývá rozborem jednotlivých nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a to zejména z pohledu počtu podaných žádostí a počtu zaměstnavatelů. Analytická část je ukončena zhodnocením aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a to v rámci přehledu o počtu umístěných uchazečů o zaměstnání a výdajů na vybrané nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Součástí práce je též dotazníkové šetření, kterého se účastnili všichni starostové obcí správního obvodu ORP Žatce. Analytická část práce je ukončena vlastním doporučením.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of factors influencing the labor market in Žatec and its microregion. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of the labor market, with considerable attention being paid to vulnerable groups of people on the labor market. Further, the tools of the active labor market policy and its institutional provision are defined in detail. The conclusion of the chapter focuses on the Europe 2020 Strategy and a general description of the European Structural and Investment Funds in the context of the needs for drawing on funding to promote employment. The second part of the thesis brings its own analyzes. Firstly, the examined area is characterized by a general socio-economic analysis. Attention is focused on population structure and development, transport infrastructure, industry, agriculture and education. The following is a description of the labor market of the area of interest. This is mainly the development of unemployment in individual municipalities in the ORP Žatec district and the structure of the unemployed. The analytical part deals with the analysis of individual instruments of the active labor market policy, especially in terms of number of submitted applications and number of employers. The analytical part is completed by the evaluation of the active labor market policy in the overview of the number of job seekers placed on the selected active labor market policy instruments. a part of the thesis is also a questionnaire survey, which was attended by all mayors of municipalities in the ORP Žatec district. The analytical part of the thesis ends with the recommendation.
