Motivation of hotel staff
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the motivation of the employees from the managerial position. We analyzed the motivation resources, the factors that managers use and how they participate in the right-handers. We also focused on the factors that positively affect the worker.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá motiváciou pracovníkov z manažérskej pozície. V práci sme analyzovali aké motivačné prostriedky, faktory využívajú manažéri a ako vplývajú na praovníka.V práci sme sa taktiež sústredili na faktory ktoré pozitívne posobia na pracovníka.
