Coaching, shadowing and moderating of groups in organizations
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na metody pozitivní stimulace při práci se skupinou a pracovním týmem. V práci jsou popsány konkrétní přístupy jako koučování, facilitace skupinové práce a stínování zaměstnanců. Tato práce se dále zabývá možnostmi, jak využít koučování v manažerské praxi a cílí na zvýšení produktivity práce v daném podniku.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on methods of positive stimulation of the the performance of entire teams or groups. The work describes specific approaches such as coaching, facilitation of group work and shadowing of employees. This work also deals with the possibilities of using coaching in management practice and aims to increase productivity in the company.
