Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje hypotečním úvěrům a jejich porovnání v různých zemích. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmu hypoteční úvěr, jeho charakteristikami a odlišnostmi od běžných spotřebitelských úvěrů. Dále se zaměřuje na úvěrové ukazatele a jejich regulaci. This bachelor's thesis focuses on mortgage loans and their comparison across different countries. The theoretical part deals with defining the concept of a mortgage loan, its characteristics, and differences from regular consumer loans. It also focuses on credit indicators and their regulation.
