Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá konceptom ekonomickej pridanej hodnoty a jeho následnej implementácie do riadenia spoločnosti XY, a.s.. Teoretická časť práce obsahuje popis a kritické hodnotenie tradičných a moderných ukazovateľov výkonnosti so zameraním na ukazovateľ EVA. V praktickej časti je charakterizovaná spoločnosť XY, a.s., jej vonkajšie a vnútorné prostredie a zhodnotená výkonnosť pomocou finančnej analýzy. Hlavnou nápl-ňou práce je výpočet EVA a identifikácia generátorov hodnôt. V poslednej časti práce je na základe predchádzajúcich poznatkov navrhnutý projekt implementácie konceptu EVA do riadenia spoločnosti XY, a.s.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the concept of Economic Value Added and its implementa-tion into the management system of company XY, a.s.. The theoretical part of thesis in-cludes a description and critical evaluation of traditional and modern performance mea-surements with a focus on the indicator EVA. The practical part describes company XY, a.s., its external and internal environment and evaluate company performance using finan-cial analysis. The main aim of thesis is calculation of EVA and the identification of the value generators. On the basis of preceding findings the final part of thesis deals with the implementation of the concept EVA in the management of company XY, a.s.
