Abstract:
Mička, F. Problematika oceňování nemovitostí v ČR. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně 2024. Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění konkrétní nemovitosti na základě tržních principů a administrativního oceňování a identifikace faktorů způsobující případný rozdíl ve výsledných hodnotách. Dále bude zkoumán společenský dopad případného rozdílu ve výsledných hodnotách.
