Abstract:
V této práci se snažím přiblížit historické události provázející vznik ústavy USA a nastínit dva odlišné názory na ni. Další částí je obsah samotné ústavy. Jelikož úloha ústavy v každé zemi a její pozitivní funkce je nám všeobecně známa, zaměřuji se v závěru této práce spíše na fakta méně lichotivá a veřejnosti ne příliš prezentovaná.

In this bachelor thesis I am trying to present you the historical background during the procedure of creating the United States Constitution and outline two different oppinions on it. The next part is the content of the constituion itself. The positive role of the constitution in every country is obvious to everyone.
