Cieľom diplomovej práce je porovnanie managementu dlhu a aplikovaných fiškálnych pravidiel v krajinách Vyšehradskej štvorky. V teoretickej časti sú postupne predstavené pojmy management dlhu a fiškálne pravidlá.
