Abstract:
Televizní trh práce vykazuje, stejně jako jiné pracovní trhy, obdobné charakteristiky. Jednou z nich je fluktuace zaměstnanců. Příčin fluktuace na televizním trhu lze nalézt mnoho a ne vždy je lze přesně klasifikovat. The TV labor market shares common characteristsics with other labor markets one of them being employees turnover. There are numerous reasons for employees turnover on a TV labor market and they are not always easy to identify.
