Tato práce pojednává o metodě ELISA se zaměřením na její využití při průkazu protilátek vytvořených po vakcinaci. Zaměřuje se na popis vývoje této metody z metody RIA, na vysvětlení obecné metodiky imunotestů, na popis jednotlivých druhů metody ELISA a její možné využití.
