Business plan for a new gastronomic enterprise - Tapas bar

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracování kvalitního podnikatelského záměru analýza proveditelnosti nápadu na otevření reálného restauračního zařízení (tapas baru) v Praze. V teoretické části autor čerpal z odborné literatury, pomocí které zmapoval problematiku podnikání v gastronomii včetně legislativních požadavků. Druhá část je věnována situační analýze, která obsahuje kromě PESTEL analýzy i analýzu konkurence, a zákaznických segmentů. Na základě těchto informací mohl autor zpracovat podnikatelský záměr, a proto byly tyto analýzy pro práci zásadní. Poslední návrhová část je samotný podnikatelský záměr.

Abstract:

The goal of this master thesis is to develop a complex business plan for a restaurant (tapas bar), located in city of Prague, and an analysis of a feasibility of such a plan. In the theoretical, author uses specialized literature to explain and map the issues of gastronomy business as well as legal aspects of the field. The practical part is devoted to situational analysis, including not only PESTEL analysis but also an analysis of competition and consumer segments. Based upon these information the author was able to develop the business plan, making the analyses key aspects of the research. The conclusion of the thesis is the business plan itself.
