The role of the guardian in the legal act of a person with limited legal capacity
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá rolí opatrovníka při právních jednáních osob s omezenou svéprávností. Na základě analýzy právní úpravy a doktríny poskytuje teoretický rámec pro pochopení podmínek omezení svéprávnosti, právních důsledků takového omezení a postavení opatrovníka. Cílem práce je nabídnout základní teoretické východisko pro lepší porozumění této problematice v kontextu české právní úpravy.
Abstract:
The thesis examines the role of a guardian in the legal acts of persons with limited legal capacity. Based on an analysis of legislation and legal doctrine, it provides a theoretical framework for understanding the conditions of capacity limitation, the legal consequences of such limitation, and the status of the guardian.
