Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá uplatněním směnečného nároku v českém právním řádu, s důrazem na zkrácené směnečné rozkazní řízení. Zabývá se předpoklady pro rozhodnutí směnečným platebním rozkazem, vymezení obrany žalované strany a popisuje charakter námitkového řízení. This diploma thesis deals with the application of the Bill of Exchange Claim in Czech jurisdiction, with the emphasis on the reduced Order for Payment Procedure.
