Abstract:
Diplomová práce si klade za cíl teoreticky a prakticky popsat aplikaci managementu znalostí v multinárodní organizaci, silné, slabé stránky implementace managementu znalostí v multinárodní organizaci a její jednotlivé nástroje. V závěru diplomové práce jsou nabídnuta doporučení k zefektivnění managementu znalostí v multinárodní organizaci.
