Development of corporate and organizational culture in the selected organization
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem firemní kultury a zkoumá konkrétní firemní kulturu firmy produkující kvalitní jihomoravská vína. V praktické části je proveden průzkum a následně analýza podnikové kultury a navrženo doporučení pro zlepšení synergie interního prostředí firmy a její strategie.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the description of corporate culture and examines the specific corporate culture of a company producing quality South Moravian wines. In the practical part, a survey and then an analysis of the corporate culture is carried out and recommendations are proposed to improve the synergy between the internal environment of the company and its strategy.
